All prices are based on a minimum 30, 50 or 100 guests depending on the type of catering service for less there will be a price review. Children up to 4 years old will not be charged, from 5 to 10 will be charged 50%
To reserve a date, a 50% down payment is required at the time of the reservation and the remainder must be paid on the following 2 days after the event. The client must confirm the exact number of people up to 20 days before the event as well as set all details with the event manager.
All Staff members are included based on the number of guests and the type of service required.
Waiting service is quoted for 8 hours with a minimum 4 hour shift, depending on the event.
Waiting & Bar staff past midnight are 30€ (+vat) per hour unless quoted in the proposal.
You are responsible for providing apropreate containers for leftovers. If you do not have apropriate containers, all food will be diposed of taken back. Catering Algarve reserved the right to discard any food items usutable due to heat and exposure.
Bottles can be left on site if oppened. All other bottles will be taken back.
The furniture & equipment used for the event is your responsability. However we do not charge deposit but will charge you extra in case of broken or damaged glasses, furniture or crockery, unless broken by our own staff.
We include sufficient ice for the agreed drinks. If you are supplying the drinks, we will charge extra for Ice and transportation, bar equipment, staff and glasses if needed.
